Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saudi Airlines is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an entry-level role, we welcome individuals with zero years of experience who are driven and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Educating clients on products and services offered by Saudi Airlines. 4. Processing bookings and reservations accurately. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Handling administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Independent and able to work efficiently in a remote setting. 2. Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to persuade clients effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with various software programs. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
