Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work capacity. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to clients - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Assist in developing customer service strategies to improve overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic and customer-focused attitude
