Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Representative to join our remote team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries through phone, email, and chat communication channels - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill client requests and exceed expectations - Utilize time management and strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet client service goals - Prepare and deliver reports on client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Driven personality with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to changing processes and client needs - Strong time management and strategic planning skills
