Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from Riyadh, SA, offering a flexible work schedule for individuals looking to start their career in client services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns, escalating to the appropriate department as needed - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services to clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to continuously improve our client service processes

Requirements: - Strong work ethic and a drive to succeed - Resourceful and able to think on your feet in challenging situations - Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - No prior experience required, as this position is entry-level
