Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Client Service Specialist to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. This is a remote work position based in Mecca, SA. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address client needs and escalate complex issues as needed. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay current on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
