Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team at Al Tazaj. This is a remote work position based in Jeddah, SA. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services - Meet and exceed client service level agreements and performance metrics
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with grace - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment
