Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


The Saudi Electricity Company is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer support.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client needs are met - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction - Planning and implementing strategies to improve client support processes - Communicating effectively with clients and team members to provide clear and concise information


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client support or a related field - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong planning and communication skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
