Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Support Assistant at Zamil Industrial Investment Company, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our clients located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are independent and hardworking.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and telephone in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account maintenance, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Conduct research to provide accurate and relevant information to clients - Collaborate with colleagues from around the world to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as necessary

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong planning and research skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Comfortable working in a remote environment
