Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Client Support Assistant to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. This is a remote work position based in Mecca, SA, and is offered on a part-time basis at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client support through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service or client support roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications or training is a plus
