As a Client Support Associate at SABIC, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues they may have. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level individuals looking to gain experience in client support in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues via phone, email, or chat 2. Provide product information and technical support to clients as needed 3. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner 4. Document client interactions and follow up with clients as needed 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client experience 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle client interactions 2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 3. Ability to think innovatively to provide creative solutions to client issues 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 6. High school diploma or equivalent
