Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals looking to gain experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess the personality traits of reliability and energy, along with soft skills such as critical thinking and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and effective manner - Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Contribute to improving processes and procedures in order to enhance client experience - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
