Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their journey with our company - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and prioritize client requests as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively suggest innovative solutions to enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and energetic personality with a strong customer service orientation - Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently in a remote work environment - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and solve complex problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
