Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


ACWA Power is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing support to clients remotely. This role requires a high level of adaptability and resourcefulness, as well as strong innovation and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients remotely - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may arise - Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Highly adaptable and resourceful - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
