Client Support Officer - Remote Work

The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Officer to join our team on a remote work basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.

As a Client Support Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Developing and maintaining strong client relationships - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client support
