Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients worldwide.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support for clients using our products and services. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies. 6. Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or client support. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Motivated and dedicated to providing the best possible service to clients. 7. Strong strategic planning skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
