Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Support Representative to join Al Hokair Group, a leading company in the hospitality industry. This is a remote work position based in Jeddah, SA, offering part-time hours to entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. Driven and motivated personality to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong creativity and leadership skills to effectively problem solve and drive results. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
