Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have - Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to meet the client's needs - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training and support as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our clients

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Must be driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote work environment - Strong presentation and critical thinking skills - Bachelor's degree preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
