Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

The Client Support Specialist at Panda Retail Company is a crucial role responsible for providing remote assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and technical problems. This position will require exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Document and track client interactions and issue resolutions in the database - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client problems - Provide product training and demonstrations to clients as needed - Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate recurring issues to management


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Adaptable and resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in project management and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working remotely is a plus
