Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Client Support Specialist at Al Rajhi Holding Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients while working remotely from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your primary role will be to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience - Continuously improve and update knowledge of company products and services - Assist in the development of client training materials and documentation - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and improve service quality

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Excellent presentation skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
