Job Description:
Saudi Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Provide feedback to management on client trends and areas for improvement - Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Confident and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and problem solve - Leadership qualities to guide and support junior team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
