Job Description:

Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize analytical and strategic planning skills to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients

Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for exceeding client expectations - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Previous experience in a client support role preferred
