Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Savola Group. This is a remote work position based in Medina, SA. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner - Routing customer concerns to the appropriate department for resolution - Managing customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Proficiency in project management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Fluent in Arabic and English
