Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Saudi Post is looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate should be driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing information about products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner - Assisting with order processing and tracking shipments - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Leadership and strategic planning skills - Must be driven and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service
