Job Description:
Saudi Telecom Company is currently seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still contributing to the success of our company.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with account information, product questions, and general inquiries. - Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's database. - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices. - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, call resolution, and call quality.
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - The ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively. - Dedication to providing excellent customer service and a passion for helping others. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. - Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. - Experience with remote work is a plus.
