Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Contact Center Assistant who can work remotely for Sipchem in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. In this part-time role at an associate level, you will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team and ensuring efficient communication with customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication with customers. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall contact center performance. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
