Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company. This is a remote work position based in Riyadh, SA, offering part-time hours at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: resourceful and energetic.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing information to customers about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Handling customer orders and processing payments - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
