Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Mecca, SA, and we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Contact Center Associate, your responsibilities will include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat. 2. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Processing and documenting customer information accurately. 4. Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and deliver excellent service. 6. Meeting targets and KPIs set by the company. 7. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other communication tools.
