Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

As a Contact Center Representative for Dallah Healthcare Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email communication. This is a remote part-time position based in Mecca, SA, at the Associate Level. We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role who are motivated and hardworking.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide information on products and services offered by Dallah Healthcare Company. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Utilize communication and innovation skills to find solutions to customer problems.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 4. Motivated and hardworking attitude. 5. Innovative thinking to provide creative solutions to customer issues. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
