Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Riyadh, SA, with the opportunity for unlimited personal and professional growth. As an Entry Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing information about products and services - Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner - Communicating with customers via email, chat, and social media - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Researching customer issues and finding solutions - Demonstrating leadership skills in managing customer relationships

Requirements: - Motivated and passionate individuals with a desire to succeed - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required, as full training will be provided
