Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Khodari Sons Company is seeking a talented Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and assist customers with product information and recommendations - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Independent and motivated personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and excellent time management skills - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
