Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but one year of relevant experience is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident, motivated, and possess strong persuasion and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Receive inbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on inquiries or sales leads. 3. Respond to emails and live chat messages promptly and professionally. 4. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve contact center goals and targets. 7. Assist in resolving technical issues or product-related queries.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Must have a working computer with high-speed internet connection. 6. Must be available to work part-time hours remotely. 7. Must be confident, motivated, and possess strong persuasion and cooperation skills.
