Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be completely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to assist customers with product information and troubleshooting - Plan and prioritize daily tasks to ensure excellent customer care - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer care team

Requirements: - Confident and reliable individual with a positive attitude - Strong research and planning skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
