Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Saudi Arabian Mining Company is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat 2. Providing product information and assistance to customers 3. Handling customer complaints and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary 4. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed 5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention 6. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending solutions 7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
