Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Saud Consult is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and resourceful individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care or a related field. As an Associate Level Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve our processes - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer care metrics and KPIs


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer care or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools - Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
