Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Care Manager to join our team at National Water Company. This is a part-time remote work position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and concerns through various channels including phone, email, and social media. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with our company. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 4. Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements to our products and services. 5. Track and analyze customer care metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Create and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality service delivery. 7. Train and mentor customer care representatives to uphold company standards and values. 8. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide swift and effective resolutions. 9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote customer loyalty and retention. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 7. Planning and organizational skills. 8. Persuasion and negotiation skills. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 10. Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
