As a Customer Care Manager at Zamil Industrial Investment Company, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent service remotely. This part-time role will require you to work closely with customers to address their needs, resolve any issues, and maintain high levels of customer retention and loyalty.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to customers - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Analyze customer data and trends to make informed decisions and improve customer care processes - Lead a team of customer care representatives and provide coaching and support as needed - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and increase sales opportunities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve operations
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service or customer care roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Resourceful and adaptable to changing customer needs and preferences - Creative thinker with strong planning abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
