Job Description:
Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position offers the flexibility of remote work on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in customer service-related roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 4. Research and gather information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Manage time efficiently to handle a high volume of customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Energetic and positive attitude towards work and customers. 3. Strong research skills to gather information and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
