Saudi Post is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Riyadh, SA, and is ideal for individuals who are seeking an entry-level role in customer service.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on customer issues in a timely manner.
