Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team, working remotely from Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Utilizing analysis skills to identify trends and improve overall customer experience - Managing time effectively to handle a high volume of customer inquiries

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical skills and time management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
