Job Description:
Al Tazaj is seeking a motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a remote work basis. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work independently and contribute to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and chat. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist with order processing, tracking, and shipment inquiries. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify trends and opportunities for improving the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Driven and energetic personality traits. 6. Soft skills in strategic planning and research. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
