Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are energetic, dedicated, innovative, and possess strong emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, pricing, and promotions. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Maintain customer records and information accurately in the company database. 7. Monitor customer satisfaction and report feedback to the management team.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred but not required. 2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
