Job Description: Saudi Ceramics is seeking a remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is part-time, with an associate level of seniority and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency - Managing customer accounts and updating customer information as needed - Providing product information and recommending solutions to customers - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services - Handling billing and payment inquiries - Assisting with order processing and tracking shipments - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs - Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Confident and energetic personality - Strong presentation and communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
