Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

The National Water Company is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and onboard new customer service team members. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
