Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with strong negotiation and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Proven track record of leadership and negotiation skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities. 6. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work. 7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
