Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely, allowing for flexibility and independence in your work schedule.


As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. Your primary duties will include:


- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Managing and training a team of customer service representatives to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively - Monitoring customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Resolving escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service performance metrics - Implementing strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and drive results - Energetic and self-motivated personality traits - Proficient in negotiation and analysis - Experience in a remote work environment preferred
