Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Saud Consult is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations - Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a cohesive customer experience - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer service, such as response times and customer satisfaction ratings


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a remote work setting - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in customer service software, such as CRM systems - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong analytical and research skills
