As a Customer Service Manager at Al Tazaj, you will be responsible for overseeing the remote customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery. This part-time role based in Medina, SA, at the associate level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2.
