Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Manager at Al Tazaj, you will be responsible for overseeing the remote customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery. This part-time role based in Medina, SA, at the associate level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and standards. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and coach team members on best practices for customer interaction and issue resolution. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
