Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Officer at Saudi Telecom Company, you will be responsible for providing remote customer support to ensure a positive and smooth experience for our clients. Your primary focus will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues - Providing information about products and services - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to optimize customer service processes


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
