Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company as a Customer Service Representative, working remotely from Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles and possess the personality traits of adaptability and resilience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Engage with customers to build positive relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Adaptability and resilience to handle challenging situations with customers. 7. Strong cooperative and planning skills to work effectively within a remote team environment.
