Job Description:
Mobily is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Customer-focused with a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Must have a dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet - Must be adaptable to a remote work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
